Ms Isioma Ogodazi was appointed to the Board of Directors of First Bank of Nigeria Limited on 29 April 2021. She is a Human Capital Development Consultant and Lead Consultant at Ferncon Services. With over 26 years’ experience across different financial institutions she brings key Human Capital Management skills to the Board. Before joining the Board of FirstBank, Isioma worked with Standard Chartered Bank for 10 years, where she rose to become the Head Talent Global Support and was Responsible for setting the talent development agenda for Group Global Support Functions based in Singapore and London. She also worked with Stanbic IBTC Group as the Director Human Capital Management where she oversaw the restructure of HCM Group of Stanbic IBTC after the merger of four banks.
Isioma is a graduate of Bournemouth University and London School of Economics and a certified member of Nigerian Institute of Personnel Management. She is a Certified Transformational Coach (CMA) and Certified Training Professional. Isioma also sits on the Board of Lead Security and Investment, and Children International School. She enjoys entertainment, reading, collecting art and keeping fit.
