- Duly completed Account Opening Form
- Duly completed specimen signature card
- Recent passport photograph
- Proof of Address: Utility Bill within the last 3 months
- Valid means of identification e.g. International Passport, Driver’s license, National ID card, Voter’s ID etc.
- Two satisfactory references
