The above GoodLife Consumer Promotion (“Promo”) is organized by Verve Card Services Limited and is open to all FirstBank’s Verve card holders (“Cardholders”). Cardholders are advised to read the Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) applicable to their participation in the Promo on Verve Card Services Limited’s website (https://www.myverveworld.com/goodlife/) before participating in the Promo and should note the applicable terms and conditions. The Promo runs from the September 1, 2020 to November 30, 2020 (the “Promotion Period”) and may be removed or discontinued at any time by Verve Card Services Limited. FirstBank shall not be liable to any Cardholder for any loss arising from the Cardholder’s participation in the Promo or unavailability of Promo or otherwise arising in connection with the Promo. By participating in the Promo, Cardholder agrees to and hereby indemnifies and holds FirstBank harmless against any loss, claims, liability whatsoever that the Cardholder may incur or suffer as a result of or in connection with the Promo.
