1. Trade & Transaction Settlement: Trade processing and settlement for securities such as FGN bonds and corporate bonds, etc. Capability to create Fixed deposits, money market, treasury bills, commercial paper, etc.
2. Safe Keeping (Custody): The solution support automatic vault-in vault-out operations of tangible asset types.
3. Income Collection & Cash Management: Processing of clients’ proceeds on investments and repatriation such as cash dividends, coupon payment and maturity.
4. Corporate Action Services & Proxy & Voting Services: The end to end corporate action processes are handled on the solution. Enable creation of new corporate activities type based on client requirement.
5. Reporting Services: engaging in Investment Administration of the assets, providing cash Reports and regulatory returns on weekly, monthly and quarterly (CBN, SEC, FMDQ).
6. Nominee Services: acting and managing investments in the capacity as a custodian and registering such in the name of the nominee company in the Capital Market as directed by the client
7. Securities Position Valuation: providing market to market price update on daily basis of securities in the Capital Market to ascertain correct assessment on the value of the assets in the client’s books.
8. Euroclear Services: providing trade settlement platform for dollar dominated transactions of securities in foreign central depository such as Foreign Treasury bills & equities, and local equities traded and quoted in foreign Stock Exchange like LSE.
