DCRR funding is meant for providing cheap funds to DMBs interested in providing credit finance to greenfield (new) & brownfield (expansion) projects/customers in the real sector (Agriculture & Manufacturing).
The DMBs may request for the release of funds from their CRR to finance these projects.
Features
- Single digit interest rate (9% all-in, max)
- Up to 2 years moratorium period.
- Minimum of 7 years tenor.
- Single obligor limit of up to N10 billion.
- Loan can be for greenfield and brownfield agricultural projects.

Target Market
The activities to be covered under this program shall be greenfield and brownfield projects in Manufacturing and Agriculture and other related sector provided by CBN.
