1: How do interested participants register for The Voice Nigeria (TVN) audition?

Step 1: Visit the TVN website www.thevoicenigeria.com

Step 2: Enter your FirstBank account number to register

Step 3: Fill your personal details on the registration form

Step 4: Wait to be contacted via email/phone number for audition.

Note: You can be a FirstBank account holder by simply dialing *894*0#

2: What happens after the completion of your registration?

Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation message via your email address and phone number provided in the course of the registration. All applications will be reviewed and if shortlisted for the blind audition, you will receive an audition invitation for details.

Note: Please provide your correct contact details (phone number and email address) to enable them reach you. Also, follow TVN website, TVN & FirstBank social media platforms for updates.

3: When does the registration close?

The closing date and other details will be provided on the website www.thevoicenigeria.com

4: Where will The Voice Nigeria be produced?

The Voice Nigeria will be produced in Nigeria for the first time.

5: For further information, which website should be visited?

TVN website www.thevoicenigeria.com, TVN & FirstBank social media platforms for updates.

6: Who are the other sponsors?

For now, we have Premier Lotto Limited (aka Baba Ijebu)

7: Who are the hosts?

Nancy Isime, Toke Makinwa

8: Who are the coaches?

The coaches are Dare Art Alade, Folarin Falana (aka Falz), Yemi Alade and Aituaje, Iruobe (aka Waje).

9: The Voice Nigeria will be aired on which channels?

Africa Magic, AIT, WazobiaTV and Views (TV) YouTube (Online)

10: Where will the auditions take place?

Due to the social distancing approach, there will be no physical pre-selection audition.

All auditions will be done online.

11: How many stages of audition before being aired on TV?

3 stages (Blind Audition, Battles, Knock outs)

12: Will group entry be allowed?

Yes, a maximum of 3 persons per group.

13: How can I cancel my audition registration?

You can cancel your registration by sending a mail to myaudition@thevoice.ng. However, once you’ve downloaded your audition pass or attended an audition you’re unable to cancel your audition registration.

14: Is there a fee charged for participants to register?

No, there is no admittance fee to register. If contacted by an outsider to pay a fee, please ignore as we have no affiliation with them.

15: Who are eligible to participate in The Voice Nigeria?

Nigerian citizens 18 – 50 years old and have lived in Nigeria for 12 months consecutively prior to date of registration. The families/relatives of The Voice Nigeria, staff of sponsors, project and production team are not eligible to participate.

16: If one was in the talent show in previous years can the person participate this year?

Yes, you have another opportunity to showcase your talent.

17: Aside the contract with universal music for the overall winner, what other offers and gifts would be won by participants?

N10m cash and a brand new car

18: How is the winner determined?

The winner is determined by television viewers voting via different channels
