Callistus Obetta is the Group Executive, Technology and Services, First Bank of Nigeria Limited. Until his appointment in July 2016, he was Chief Information Officer and Head, Group Technology and Operations at Standard Chartered Bank of Nigeria which he joined in 1999.Callistus has over 20 years’ experience spanning financial services, management consultancy and public consultancy. He possesses demonstrable skills in managing and leading large teams in the delivery of banking operations and technology management solutions that support complex products and services in a large emerging market. A Chartered Accountant and first class honours graduate from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Callistus holds an MBA degree from Manchester Business School and is an Honorary Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He commenced his career in 1991 in Arthur Andersen (now KPMG Professional Services), consulted for companies and undertook external audits and assurance services for many years before joining the banking sector. Callistus has collaborated with business stakeholders and led the delivery of major technology and operations projects. He has participated in various industry committees and is the current chairman of the CBN inaugurated banking industry IT Standards Council that advises the industry on the adoption of IT standards. Callistus enjoys coaching youths and young children, swimming, jogging and reading.

Chuma Ezirim was appointed Group Executive, eBusiness and Retail Products, First Bank of Nigeria Limited in 2019. His Directorate develops and manages all Digital and Retail Products in the Commercial Bank and its subsidiaries. The Bank has international presence through its subsidiaries in the United Kingdom, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Senegal, Gambia, Sierra Leone and Guinea as well as a Representative Office in Beijing.He is a Certified International Cards & Payments Professional (CICPP) and Fellow, International Academy of Cards & Payments. An Industrial Chemist by training, Chuma has over 25 years’ professional banking experience. He holds a B.Sc degree in Industrial Chemistry from University of Nigeria, Nsukka and an M.Sc degree in the same field from University of Ibadan. He also has an MBA from University of Nigeria and is an alumnus of Wharton School, Kellogg School of Management and Lagos Business School. Fara Ashiru Jituboh is a Co-Founder and CEO / CTO of Okra, Inc — focused on building the infrastructure to allow Africans connect their bank accounts to 3rd party applications to enable the acceleration of financial innovation in Africa through data. Prior to founding Okra in 2019, Fara gained experience building and scaling products in emerging markets and venture backed startups by working with organizations such as Canva, Techhustle, Sana Benefits, and Dorsata.
Fara also served as a Co-Founder and CTO of Shixels Studios where she led the design and development of core technology for multiple clients including Airtel, AXA Mansard, RenMoney, MTech, Sanofi Pharmaceuticals and Nestoil. With expertise in over 20 programming languages, Fara has worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies and began her professional career with BMW, leading the effort in the design and creation of the interactive map for the BMW Museum. She has also worked with JP Morgan Chase, Fidelity Investments and Daimler Mercedes Benz. She holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Greensboro, North Carolina.
