Q. Where Can the
FirstCash Card be used?
A. FirstCash debit card can be used at
any ATM located in FirstBank branches located nationwide to withdraw
cash, as well as PoS Terminals at select merchant locations for the
purchase of goods and services.
Q. How do I apply for a card?
A.
The customer requests for a
FirstCash card and fills out the forms indicating which of his/her
personal accounts should be linked to the card. The personalized
card is produced along with the secret PIN which is enclosed in a
tamper-proof envelope. On collection of both card and PIN, the
customer can activate the card at the nearest ATM. Our Customer
Service staff are available at branches with ATMs to assist
customers
Q. How do I use the FirstCash Card at an
ATM?
A. The cardholder inserts his card and
inputs his PIN. A menu comes up on the screen showing the different
options and the cardholder selects the option required such as cash
withdrawal, balance enquiry, mini statement etc. The cardholder
selects the option desired. If cash, the amount required is
inputted. If the balance in the cardholder’s account is sufficient
to accommodate the amount requested, the transaction goes through
and the cash is paid. If funds are insufficient, the transaction is
rejected. A receipt is printed and cardholder collects his card back
or proceeds to do other transactions. There are limits to the number
of times and how much you can withdraw from your account on a daily
basis
Q. How do I use the FirstCash Card at a PoS

A. The card is swiped through the
