Services
FirstBank Alert Banking Services is a 24
hour convenience which helps you stay on top of any recent
changes made in your bank account through your mobile phone
or e-mail box.
It keeps you posted of transactions on
your account as they happen and while you are on the move.
Using banking service, you will be notified automatically
upon your request via email or SMS. you always know what is
happening. You can choose which kind of messages we send and
on which accounts.
The customer
can be notified on:
- Account
balances: Daily,
weekly or just once a month
- Account
Alerts: On every high value debit or credit
when the account gets overdrawn. You can also receive
messages when a vendor payment is credited or debited to
your account.
Salary credit: You can
receive alerts each time a salary is credited to your
account.
Standing order alerts: You
will receive an alert once your standing order is
executed.
- MasterCard
Credit Alerts: On every high value debit, daily
credit card account balances, when monthly repayment
becomes due.
- Returned
Cheques: You can
receive notification anytime your cheque is returned.
- Cheque
book requisition: Once your cheque book request
is processed by your branch, you would need a notification
