All you need is at least one FirstBank account (savings or current). Depending on your customer status with the bank i.e Retail or Corporate, you will be able to do the following from the comfort of your home or office, securely via the Internet:

• Check account balances
• See account activity, including uncleared effects
• View electronic versions of your paper account statements
• Transfer money between FirstBank accounts
• Download account information
• Reorder checks and lots more

How To Activate

• For Customers in Nigeria
• Download the FirstOnline form and from the website
• Fill and submit the form to firstcontact@firstbanknigeria.com
• Submission of forms can also be at any of the bank’s branches nationwide
• Customers' PINs are sent to their e-mail addresses within 5 business days
   

For customers in Diaspora

• Download FirstOnline Form (Diaspora customers) and the Token Pickup form
• Fill and send request to firstcontact@firstbanknigeria.com

NOTE: Customers MUST create a Secret question for him/her self on his/her profile.

• **If you would like to waive the use of Token on your FirstOnline account, please fill the Token Waiver Form  and send request to firstcontact@firstbanknigeria.com**
