- See account activity, including uncleared effects
- View electronic versions of your paper account statements
- Transfer money between FirstBank accounts
- Download account information
- Reorder checks and lots more
How To Activate
- For Customers in Nigeria
- Download the FirstOnline form and from the website
- Fill and submit the form to firstcontact@firstbanknigeria.com
- Submission of forms can also be at any of the bank’s branches nationwide
- Customers' PINs are sent to their e-mail addresses within 5 business days
For customers in Diaspora
NOTE: Customers MUST create a Secret question for him/her self on his/her profile.
