Payment Process Flow

• Customer visits any FirstBank branch to make payment via cash or Cheque
• At the branch, the customer submits a completed deposit slip to the teller.

• Payment transaction is logged and authorized personnel (both bank and client) with access right views payment reports. These report can be downloaded in excel and csv formats
