It gives you online real-time access to your funds to enable payments across multiple channels including Automated Teller Machines, Point of Sale terminals and Web, wherever the Interswitch and MasterCard logos are displayed.
Features of the FirstBank Naira MasterCard
- Secured by Chip and PIN (EMV) technology, which prevents cloning and unauthorized access to your funds.
- Denominated in Naira, but can be used for transactions anywhere in the world where MasterCard is accepted.
- Card can be linked to your Naira Current or Savings account.
- Valid for 2 years.
- Card bears the MasterCard brand marks (logo and hologram) and can therefore be used anywhere the MasterCard logo is displayed.
- Card has the three-digit number - CVC2 (Card Validation Code) on its reverse side, as additional security for web transactions.
